A simple night-of flow

Built for the weekend itinerary.

Give the group time to arrive, pour a drink, and settle in. The chef handles the food and the energy around the grill.

  1. Set the table

Have your guest seating ready or reserve optional setup in advance.

  2. Gather around the grill

Your chef cooks outdoors and serves the meal fresh.

  3. Keep the night moving

Stay at the rental or head out with dinner already handled.

Before booking a Scottsdale rental

Confirm the space before the party.

The guest who books the event is responsible for checking the property rules. A quick confirmation early prevents surprises later.

  • Ask the owner or host whether outdoor hibachi cooking is allowed
  • Confirm a safe, flat outdoor cooking area of roughly 7 ft × 7 ft
  • Check HOA, property-management, parking, and quiet-hour rules
  • Plan a covered outdoor option for rain; severe conditions may affect service

Bachelorette & Airbnb FAQ

Know before the girls trip.

Can you cook at our Scottsdale Airbnb?

Potentially, yes, when the property owner or host allows outdoor cooking and the rental has a safe, suitable outdoor space. The customer must confirm all property, HOA, venue, and management rules before booking.

Can the chef cook inside the rental?

No. Hibachi cooking is outdoors only. Guests may dine indoors while the chef cooks outside when the property layout allows it.

What if our bachelorette group is smaller than 10?

Smaller groups are welcome, but the $550 minimum food charge still applies. Eligible food upgrades may help the group reach the minimum.

Can we add table and chair setup?

Optional setup may be available for eligible Arizona events when reserved in advance. It can include tables, chairs, table covers, plates, utensils, napkins, setup, and post-event pickup.
