Are Friday or Saturday remote events available?
No. Lake Havasu remote bookings are accepted Sunday through Thursday only, subject to availability. Friday and Saturday are unavailable because the route is too long for our busiest dates.
How is the travel fee calculated?
Travel starts at $220. The final fee follows the exact event address and actual driving route from our Mesa starting point.
Can we book a vacation rental?
Yes, with owner or manager approval for the gathering and outdoor cooking. Safe, level outdoor space is required.
What is the food minimum?
The current food minimum is $550, with base pricing of $55 per adult and $30 per child age 12 and under.
